Shipping rules for DMA hardware on Flamez.shop. Digital products are delivered separately—see the first section below.
Digital products
Licenses and downloads are delivered automatically after payment. Most orders are instant; manual review may add a short delay—we will email you or update your ticket.
Standard shipping (hardware)
Price: Free on qualifying bundle orders (see the product page).
Delivery: 4–6 business days after dispatch. Weekends and public holidays in the origin country are excluded.
Express shipping (hardware)
Price: $30 USD (or local equivalent at checkout).
Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch where the carrier supports it.
International orders
Tracking is provided when available. Customs, duties, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated on the product page.
Processing time
Packing usually takes 1–3 business days. High demand may extend this—check our Status page for updates.
Lost or damaged parcels
Report issues within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery mark (or expected date for express). Include your order ID and photos for damage claims.
