Most support tickets are solved with a short checklist. Work through these steps on the game and edition you purchased.
Update & status
Confirm the game patch matches the cheat version on our status page. After a major game update, wait for a marked updated status before loading.
Run as instructed
Use the exact loader order in your deliverable (game first vs loader first). Run the correct bitness (64-bit OS and game) and close overlapping overlay tools if the guide says so.
Security software
Antivirus or kernel tools can block loaders. Add exclusions only as described in your product instructions—never disable security permanently for unknown files.
Wrong product or variant
ESP-only keys will not unlock Full features. Re-open your order and verify the product path (for example CS2 Full vs ESP).
